Since the very first moment I met Matthiew I knew something positive should come out. Matt introduced me to Prius concept in very professional way and facilitated first drive test. We didn't feel under pressure even for a moment. Entire presentation and sales process was very pleasant and rewarding experience. Ledgewood location didn't have the exact color, which was our primary choice but Matt was able to locate the car and secure transfer from outher location in a timely manner. Everything happened according to our agreements. The car was delivered before the end of the month and we were able to sign all necessary papers and close any open issue with a smile. I've been with Toyota since 1997 and thanks to guys like Matt I will stick much longer. Let's the fun begin, let's drive Prius.... I was at the dealership on 9/24/2011 around 11:30 am with my two young kids and my wife.We took a 45 mile ride to get to the dealership looking for better deal on 2011 toyota prius,since we was constantly pr my two young kids and my wife.We took a 45 mile ride to get to the dealership looking for better deal on 2011 toyota prius,since we was constantly pressured by the sales people over the phone and through the e-mail.Any how,after the test drive i offer them the price that i was going to spend on the car.Finally they accept our offer,and proceed with the finance paper work.After few minutes later, they said they cannot accept our offer---eventhough i had a perfect credit score of 780.The reason they said,one of the manager mistakenly accept our offer.Although,we spend around 4 hrs,for nothing--wasted our precious time---totally disappointed with this dealer ship.It seems like they dont care about the time,eventhough they said over the phone that you won,t be dissappointed.Totally bad experience at this dealer ship.They are not going to get my or our family members business. After visiting 5 other car dealerships, we were quite happy that our final visit was to Towne Toyota in Ledgewood. Nothing will send me back out a door from any type of vendor than an agressive salesperson. Spencer Koenig was helpful and personable and anxious to please without making us feel we were being "duped." When we asked questions he wasn't sure of or needed approval from his manager, Rich Freeman was there to assure us of any further concerns we might have. When a salesperson knows they have a quality product, they don't have to be aggressive because they believe in their product and that is what we found with Spencer Koenig and Rich Freeman. We ended up buying a RAV 4 and are very happy with our final choice. Even after the papers were signed and the sale confirmed, the help continued. My husband who will be the main driver had many questions about the syncing of his cell phone as well as the Sirius radio and Navigation operations. Jamie helped him with the cell phone and the people in the maintenance department were also very helpful and "patient" making everything user friendly. We will definitely refer our friends to Town Toyota in Ledgewood and to Spencer and Rich specifically. Thank you to all who played a part in giving us the confidence that we made the right choice.
