I brought my 2010 Prius in for its first oil change and couldn't be happier with the service that I received. Everyone at the dealership seems like they really enjoy their job and it is nice to deal with s couldn't be happier with the service that I received. I waited while my car was being serviced and they told me it would take about an hour to do. My car was done in less time and I was happy to see that it was washed and cleaned inside and out.(That saved me the $12.50 car wash that I usually get.) Overall a great experience for something that is typically a chore. I will definitely go back to Towne Toyota. More

All three gentlemen that we dealt with made sure we were happy and even called our home to make sure everything was fine. The staff here certainly cares about their customers and "went above and beyond" to make our experience positive! Our salesman, Jon, has a sense of humor, applied no pressure whatsoever, and genuinely put us first before any sale. You will not be disappointed if you requested him when you visit. Mike made sure that all went well and was the most decent and fair sales manager we have ever encountered. Frank, when picking up our vehicle and signing all paperwork, was courteous and never once tried to sell us an additional warranty or service.
