I didn't buy my car at Towne Toyota, but I've been going to them for their OUTSTANDING service since I did buy it 4 years ago. Once I realized that my old car had to go, I decided on buying a used truck. I didn't want to spend too much and wanted something nice, but it didn't have to be "fantastic". I was able to work with Towne Toyota and Dave to negotiate a very fair price. The truck was cleaned up, all my issues I identified fixed, and ready to go when I said I wanted to pick it up. I was in the market for a new truck and found exactly what I needed at Towne Toyota. My Salesman Dave Decker greeted me as I walked into the showroom as if I were a longtime friend and made me feel very what I needed at Towne Toyota. Because of Dave's professionalism and carisma, i was more than happy to buy new from Towne! Best of all, I didn't have to go back and forth like other Dealers as Dave was able to give me the low price and no BS salespitch about "why" I should buy new. He told me exactly what he thought I would/could get for my trade, (which turned out to be almost exactly what it was worth) and didn't have to cry back to his sales managers everytime I needed a "real" question answered (like at Toyota World of Newton......just sayin.....). I got 2 years free maintenance (oil/filters/etc), an introduction to the Service folk, and a great deal on financing. (frank in financing is the best FYI). Ive heard bad things about towne from some people, but I think they are just uneducated in car buying as Towne Toyota is the best around. Exceptional selection, Salesman like Dave, and a great reliable service team that is quick, and correct (that's IMPORTANT). I would recommend buying new (and as I'm writing this, I am 3 months into my "new" 2009 Tacoma crewcab v6 off road TRD that I got from trading in my other new 2010 Tacoma I4 acess cab 4x4...also bought from Dave Decker at Towne....had a baby. I walked into Towne Toyota knowing how difficult it was going to be to drive away in the new Toyota Rav 4 that I wanted because I was only 2 years into a 5 year lease of my Camry. I have been a happy and loyal customer of Towne Toyota for over 6 years. We have had wonderful experiences with the sales department and have been extremely happy with the Siena and Corolla we have purcha for over 6 years. ALL of the employees were respectful, knowledgeable, fair and helpful. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about the service department as well. We have never had any problems with our vehicles, but have gone in for the regular maintenance etc. They are extremely friendly and accommodating. Their work is excellent and the drive up service area is very convenient. We have found that one employee is friendlier than the next. There is also a wonderful play area for the children and a beautiful, relaxing waiting area. The General Manager, Solomon Faizi, is extremely courteous and professional.He will do what he can to make sure his customers are happy and satisfied with their experience. I highly recommend Towne Toyota for numerous reasons. After years and years of feeling taken advantage of at other dealerships, we are happy to return to Towne Toyota for future purchases and service needs. More
