Purchase a Sienna XLE there last week. My negotiations were over the phone. They had the vehicle with the options I wanted at a great price. When I arrived to see the car and complete the purchase, Fran were over the phone. They had the vehicle with the options I wanted at a great price. When I arrived to see the car and complete the purchase, Frank took his time walking showing us all the cars features and walking us through the paperwork. The car was prepped while we did the paperwork and we drove away in the new Sienna. Frank was very professional. More
