I bought a Venza from Towne Toyota this week. I worked with Paul Fortunato as the Internet rep and Rich Irwin as the salesperson. It went flawlessly. Working via text and email, I told Paul the vehicle I with Paul Fortunato as the Internet rep and Rich Irwin as the salesperson. It went flawlessly. Working via text and email, I told Paul the vehicle I wanted to purchase, he worked with me to quickly offer what I knew was a fair price, Rich helped me get a low car loan rate, and we closed the deal within a few hours. I picked up the car two days later, and I was in and out in an hour. I would recommend Rich, Paul and Towne Toyota wholeheartedly for your car purchasing needs. More

Although I did not buy car from Towne Toyota, I am writing this review because of how Marco Kalov helped me with my search related to Rav4. I was looking for RAV4 Hybrid XSE. I used True Car to search writing this review because of how Marco Kalov helped me with my search related to Rav4. I was looking for RAV4 Hybrid XSE. I used True Car to search the car. It was my first time using it and overlooked the True Car Price expiry. When Marco quoted a different price in person I got a little annoyed. But Marco remained courteous and explained why price was different. He then ran some numbers to come up with an estimated monthly payment. I told him that I am looking at few other cars and need a couple of days. He followed up in two days to check. Based on my online research and in person estimates, Marco's offer was the best. However, I ended up getting an Acura RDX instead. Had I bought a RAV4 it would have been from Towne Toyota. I would like to thank Marco for his time and help. More
