Over priced and created additional damage Had a problem with my Tacoma and arranged for Towne Toyota to diagnose and repair it. Used them because they were able to schedule the repair quickly and I needed the vehicle for work. Dropped the truck off and received a call back that day advising the repair would cost about $3000. Normally parts and install would be about 1/2 that price from another repair shop. Told them to go ahead because I needed the vehicle and didn't have time to arrange another service agency. Received a call the next day advising they had vehicle partially apart but would have to cut out another part at additional $300 charge because the couldn't get part loose due to rusted bolts. Vehicle was finally repaired and taken home. After driving vehicle another couple of months found they had punctured the cv boots on both front axles while in shop[ and boots were leaking grease! Highly recommend you avoid this dealer! More
