THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!! THEY DON'T CARE! They talk the talk....but they don't know anything they should have known about a problem I've had for a year. Stay away!!!! Avoid this dealership at all costs. On my first visit with a brand new vehicle, the R.O. (Repair Order) listed the wrong type of oil was used for the Avoid this dealership at all costs. On my first visit with a brand new vehicle, the R.O. (Repair Order) listed the wrong type of oil was used for the oil change. When I question this, the service writer told me they would ask the tech what oil was used. I was then told that the tech stated he used the correct oil. Really? I didn't know what to believe. Like a fool, I gave them a second chance. When I got home after having my vehicle serviced, I noticed a bunch of loose change missing off the rear floor mat. More

When we were told that the service was done, we asked to see the car before paying but found the tire rotation was never done. Then we confronted the dealer with our evidence.
