Honest My check engine light came on, took it to Toyota of Santee. I was given a quote of 640.00 for a 3 way coolant valve replacement. I was well it has to My check engine light came on, took it to Toyota of Santee. I was given a quote of 640.00 for a 3 way coolant valve replacement. I was well it has to be done, they gave me a ride home which was nice. I received a call few hours later that my car was ready and that they had more good news for me that it was FREE OF CHARGE. Now that’s honest and reputable. I was totally ready to pay the bill, they had researched the valve and found it fell under an emissions coverage. As a woman I really appreciated not being taken advantage. Thank you Toyota of Santee. Ed is Great Customer Service. More

Great Experience I received a letter in the mail letting me know about the recall on the airbag on my car. I have dealt with other service centers in the past, I hones I received a letter in the mail letting me know about the recall on the airbag on my car. I have dealt with other service centers in the past, I honestly wasn’t looking forward to taking it in. I arrived & was greeted pretty quick, they offered a rental if needed. I was notified that it may take 1-3 hours or so. I left, took a stroll nearby got done lunch & by the time I was done my car was done. Took approximately an hour or so, kudos to Toyota Santee & they’re valuable employees. More
