I live out of state and did not have the ability to come into the dealership to see the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Leo was more than understanding and did his best to work with me. Once I was able to work out the out the door price via email and phone, I decided to hire a mechanic to inspect the vehicle and they were able to accommodate that request as well. After trekking it to the dealership they provided me with their undivided attention on a busy Saurday to field any question and concerns I had. They had the vehicle detailed and looking pristine for me to come pick up. I had a time constraint to be somewhere later in the evening and did their best to get me out of there on time. What made them stand out from other dealerships is that even after the close of the deal, Leo and Marco did a follow up with me to see how things are and made sure I was satisfied with my vehicle. Car buying experience can be painful but Leo and the staff at DCH Toyota made it a great buying experience by respecting my time and being able to work with me without having to be in the dealership to visit them. On the day of pick up Joe Croce took his time and went through all the electronics and features of the car with the patience of a saint! He was such a big help as these cars have quite a lot of new features. One guy, I think it may have been Matthew Rivera, even came in on his day off to do the paperwork with us! My husband was impressed that when he found a car online that he liked in the middle of the night, he was able to chat with someone and make an appointment to see the car first thing in the morning.
