Excellent, productive and satisfying I arrived at DCH Toyota City having done some homework, thinking I knew what I wanted. However, Ginny could not have been more attuned to my situation, and helped guide me to the right car, a Prius Prime, at the right price. (She even found my wife an incredible pre-owned RAV4 the same day!) Rick handled my financing with transparency and clarity, and guided me to make informed and beneficial decisions. Overall, my experience could not have been better. Car buying can be a harrowing experience, but everyone at DCH made it easy. I highly recommend them for any new or used car buyer. Definitely 5 stars! More
