TLDR; Sales manager has admitted to fraudulently not disclosing severe faults in vehicle. No attempt to make it right. Urge to go elsewhere. I purchased a used F250 from this dealership, advertised " disclosing severe faults in vehicle. No attempt to make it right. Urge to go elsewhere. I purchased a used F250 from this dealership, advertised "as is". When I arrived, I asked the salesman Josh why it was being sold in this condition. Josh explained due to a dent in the front right bumper, and mold growing in the back of the truck bed cover. I explicitly asked about mechanical issues. Josh said there are none. After purchasing an advertised vehicle with no mechanical flaws, on the drive home, I felt an issue in the front left wheel and the drive at highway speeds. After taking the vehicle to a local dealership, they came to the conclusion the front left struts were completely worn and a good amount of the front left wheel needs a rebuild. They also found the cab mounts were disintegrated. In their words, they said there is absolutely no chance this would have been missed by a technician. Warranty purchased under strong coercion by a brand new finance representative, Adam Pods, would not cover the repairs. When bringing this to the attention of the Toyota team. Their sales manager, Mark Fluker, admitted that Toyota knew of mechanical faults on the vehicle and that was why they were selling "as is". Had that been disclosed when asked their sales representative, Josh Hambrick, I would not have purchased the vehicle. The further unethical business practices were evident with Adam Pods strongly coercing me into buying a warranty because it will cover all the flaws a F250 may have, however knowing the specific warranty would not cover this issue. There is a clear case for fraud, misrepresentation and unethical business practices here. The bill to fix this undisclosed problems is over $7,000. Mark Fluker has refused to offer any type of help, other than essentially saying it is my fault for buying an "as is" vehicle. Jared Saunders and Bob Quaile (ownership partners) have not responded despite multiple attempts to contact over a 10 day period. Knowing the Siviglia family, operating the Orlando Toyota dealership, they wouldn't stand by this fraud, misrepresentation, or unethical business practices. I would beyond strongly urge anyone to take your business there instead of here. More
The technician JR was able to find the problem with the car. It’s the compressor issue. The car stall on the road and the a/c was not functioning. Now it’s working. Thanks, Carole D. car. Well I was looking at tacoma trd pro and it was advertised as a certified gold pre-owned. I worked a deal over the phone for a week as this dealership is over 4 hours away from me. I made sure ever advertised as a certified gold pre-owned. I worked a deal over the phone for a week as this dealership is over 4 hours away from me. I made sure everything was good before driving out there and was assured that it was. I drove the 4+ hours out there and took a day off of work. When I arrived at the dealership I was disappointed to find that the trd pro had cheap $80 street tires on it. There would be no off roading with those tires. I asked to have the tires changed as part of the deal and that was not happening. I then offered to pay to have the tires switched and still was told no. At this point I was over it and told them let's do the paperwork I will have my local toyota install new tires. I had been there almost 4 hours at this point. As I got to the paperwork we got to the end of the paperwork and the finance gentlemen got up and walked out. He then came back and walked out again not saying anything. He then comes back and tells me "we have a problem you are going to have to leave the truck here". By this point I had already switched my insurance over to the trd pro. Turns out the truck that was listed on there website as a certified gold pre-owned had never seen the inside of the shop and was never certified in the 30+days it was on there lot. So first cheap tires, won't install new tires and now the truck was never inspected. I was done. Was told they would call me tomorrow and give me a better deal after it was certified. Over a week later they called me wanting to come back and purchase the truck for the same deal as before and wanted me to pay for the installation of the new tires. To late I was already working a deal on another tacoma. The manager then told me he would send me a check for $200 for my inconvenience. A month passes by and no check. I call and speak to a manager by the name of Mark Fluker and he informs me that he is very sorry for the inconvenience and would mail me out a check for $500. He told me he would text me the following Monday with the check details. Well Monday came and went and no text message. I waited till Tuesday and text him asking what the story was and he responded with " the owner won't sign the check". I them ask what will be done and no response. I then called and spoke with another manager and he assured me he would get with Mark and they would figure something out and call me back. It's now been a week and nothing. I missed out on $600 worth of pay for taking the day off and spent a bunch of money on fuel driving back and forth. All for nothing. They lie about there certified pre-owned vehicles. This was a horrible experience and I have been a brand loyal toyota person for a long time. More
Way too pushy about everything. You go there and you don’t know if any of their suggestions are really correct or if they just wanna make money and quotas. None of my dealers in Cap You go there and you don’t know if any of their suggestions are really correct or if they just wanna make money and quotas. None of my dealers in Cape Cod or Iowa are like that. More
I went in for a tire change, the tire was in stock. I arrived at 10:20 AM for a 10:30 appt. I explained what I needed done and I verified the tire is in stock! When I got go the service desk the sane I arrived at 10:20 AM for a 10:30 appt. I explained what I needed done and I verified the tire is in stock! When I got go the service desk the sane person ask what I needed done. I explained for a second time what I. Made the appt. for. I signed two forms and was told to sit down in the lounge. I went to the restroom and while there the service writer called my wife @ home abd wanted to know I wanted go do. My wife told her that I was sitting in the waiting room. The service writer came to me and ask if I still wanted to do the tire. I checked my watch, 11:20 and I said “yes, you mean it isn’t already done?” She said it would be done right away! By this time I am totally frustrated and couldn’t believe the single task I came in for wasn’t done! I was shown the multipoint check list and declined to do anything else except for a tire rotation. I had set up an a lunch appointment so I made arrangements to meet later. At check out I was informed that I was not being charged for the tire.rotation! I have been a customer of Vero Toyota since 2016. This was the worst service experience I have ever had. We now live in Brevard County so I will weigh the decision if I will make the drive to Vero again. A customer should not have to repeat their service request multiple times More
