I came to this dealership because of a problem with some tires that were purchased recently from another store. After returning to the store a second time concerning my tires(vibration when driving along an tires that were purchased recently from another store. After returning to the store a second time concerning my tires(vibration when driving along and braking) and having their top service person diagnose my problem, I decided to return to the dealer to get my problem diagnosed. Needless to say, I was not happy with the diagnosis (warped rotors on front and back) because prior to purchasing the tires I had not experienced this problem even with the bad tires. At Toyota South I was met by David Campbell, who made sure that the problem was diagnosed correct and resolved in a timely manner. Mr. Campbell was very courteous, well informed and very business like. He made sure that I felt comfortable with the diagnosis and that Toyota South would make sure that I was taken care of. I have had my vehicle service at Nalley Toyota in Roswell, Georgia, but I will not return because my experience was great.
