For car service, I always go to Simon Guzman (no concerns with other employees, I just like going to the same person in any companies if possible). Simon always thoroughly explain my car needs before every car service and identifies other needs even after the car is serviced. Simon explains the must-fix immediately vs. what wear and tear may get fixed later-that's honesty. He explained the situation with my rear brakes immediately once the mechanics told him they needed servicing. He even told me how much time it would take, approximately, and the work was completed a little earlier than his estimate. Great service! More

Bought 3 cars and returned 1, they've always been nice. I had previously purchased 3 vehicles from Toyota Sunnyvale, and due to a divorce I was saddled with my ex's vehicle unexpectedly and needed to get rid of it ASAP. I went back to Toyota Sunnyvale and explained the situation, and they were surprisingly understanding. Everyone was nice, and they put me with Jeff who worked out the buy-back of the truck and tried to minimize the impact on me as much as possible, although I went into the dealership knowing that I would likely be paying out of pocket due to the amount of money that was still owed. Jeff walked me through everything, every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better or kinder person to have walking me through this situation. Thank you so much Jeff!! More
