I have been given these sorry excuses for almost two weeks and nothing has changed. I made two trips from Staten Island to Bayridge paying for gas and toll. You didn't refund me that money, but instead have been wasting my time and energy. You can inquire with Toyota, they have the pictures of the car. Plus Moe A. took some pictures as well and acknowledge the damage after seeing the paperwork I was given, which shows no damage on my car. I am sick and tired of dealing with you. I will file my complains and write more reviews wherever it is possible until you fix my car it was before i brought it there. After that, you won't have my business again, same for my family and friends and their friends.
