I had returned vehicle at end off the lease to Bay Ridge Toyota dealership. Vehicle was in excellent condition in and out.While checking credit history I had learned that Toyota Financial Services(FTS) reported to credit bureau unpaid balance of $3,409.00 which was reported by Bay Ridge Toyota as the charge for repair done on returned vehicle. Dealership claimed that vehicle came with damaged bumper, dent on the fender, etc. I had contacted dealership and FTS regarding this matter but dealership replayed with advertisements. FTS acknowledged they have documents and pictures related to the repair done by dealership and will send it to me right the way. I had called few times and requested, but they never did. Toyota Prius 2009 Owner After bringing our car in for the 3rd time for a noise off the front passenger's wheel, the service dept was able to identify the noise as part of dam After bringing our car in for the 3rd time for a noise off the front passenger's wheel, the service dept was able to identify the noise as part of damage that due to an accident that another shop had "fixed". The dept helped us deal with our insurance company, fix the damage, and kept us up to date with the repairs. If they had not found the problem, our car would have not been safe to drive anymore. They also were willing to work with us regarding a rental car. Everyone we worked with was professional and polite. More
Having My 2013 Camry Checked Out About a month ago, I had some problems starting my 2013 Camry XLE in the morning which I have not experienced before. I feared something major which i About a month ago, I had some problems starting my 2013 Camry XLE in the morning which I have not experienced before. I feared something major which is something no car owner wishes to experience. I called Bay Ridge Toyota and spoke to Jessica who always has been available to answer my Service needs. She offered her assistance since I was also experiencing problems getting a tow service thru Toyota Care. She advised me what steps I should take if the car still did not start. Even offering to call a local towing company from her location. Lucky time passed and I was able to start the car but was unsure what could have happened. I called her back and she arranged a emergency schedule time for the next day to completely checked out the car. I arrived the next day at the time scheduled and was greeted instantly by one of the Service Greeters that check in the car. Next I was assigned to a New Service Advisor, Kenny Singh. He took all the information about what I experienced and told me to leave the car for the day so they could thoroughly go thru it. I saw Jessica who reassured me that all will be checked out and I will be kept informed. While there as always, Michael Scarpa the Service Manager noticed me and greeted me and wanted to know if I was being treated right and if I needed additional assistance, I could call upon him. I must add to this review, Mr. Scarpa has treated me in this fashion from the very first time I entered the Service Center to pickup my car in the Summer of 2013. I thank him for his cordial concern for myself and my vehicle. Well I did receive a call later that day informing me of a minor issue that was corrected and the car was totally safe from that time on. This is approx. my 5th time my car was handled by Bay Ridge Toyota for repairs and service maintenance visit. I have always received cordial and courtesy customer service each time. My car was also washed after each visit by the service department before handing it back to me clean and presentable. I have been happy with Bay Ridge Toyota from the Sales Staff selecting the car, on delivery and continuing thru the Service Department. After being an owner of a VW, Chev., Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Buick, I am happy and pleased be a Owner of a Toyota Product. More

Excellent Service Visit experience at Bay Ridge Toyota Customer service was exceptional at my first visit to this service center for a RAV4. Carmine had great professional style. All staff were responsive and made every effort to keep me informed and engaged; they made particular effort to explain any wait period. Time was taken to review the thorough car evaluation and courses of action based on that. Every step was itemized and accounted for, with full transparency. A clearer system for car pickup after service (i.e., SOP while waiting for car on sidewalk) would be the only suggestion for improvement -- but when a car didn't show up after 10 minutes, Carmine stepped in and made it happen. The biggest added surprise: what was a dirty car came out of the garage looking like new from the unexpected courtesy wash -- a very nice touch for a new customer. Overall, highly recommend. More

Last week I was assigned Jennifer Wong and she was the most professional, enthusiastic and understandable service rep. I have dealt with. She has amazing car knowledge and can articulate repair needs accurately. She is friendly and authentic - I was able to trust her. She volunteers to go the "extra mile". She was willing to wait an extra hour (past her normal schedule) to be there when I picked up my car. Thank you Jennifer! More
