Unfortunately the service department has declined greatly in the last year . Specially the service department . Facilities flooded. Dirty bathrooms. Extremely poor maintenance. Is a shame . My car was due for it's 1st 5k mile service call, so I was going to bring it on over the wknd, but on Mon of this past week, my sunroof jammed at the last minute. Not knowing why, I called Jennifer in I was going to bring it on over the wknd, but on Mon of this past week, my sunroof jammed at the last minute. Not knowing why, I called Jennifer in the Service dept, asked if I could bring my car in on my way home and she said drop it off, we can leave it inside for you (there was a chance of rain that evening), and I'll call you Tue to give you an update. As usual, she called when she said she would, informed me there was some small object that fell in the track, they removed it, sunroof works fine, serviced the car, and it was ready for pick up anytime. I can't give enough high praise for Jennifer and the entire Bay Ridge Toyota service staff. They are quick, responsive, caring, & attentive. Their work speaks for themselves, and they care about their customers. This is why after 10 years (and our 3rd Toyota) we continue to come here for all our needs! Thank you Jennifer!! More
I have been bringing my 4Runner to Bay Ridge Toyota for 3 years now since my local mechanic screwed it up by trying to fix an engine problem. Mike has earned my trust by never trying to kill me with pricing years now since my local mechanic screwed it up by trying to fix an engine problem. Mike has earned my trust by never trying to kill me with pricing or selling me something I don't need. He knows my truck and has gained my trust by not trying to kill me with prices. They always call me before any work is done and when I show up my truck is repaired and they even wash it's when done! I will continue to use Bay Ridge Toyota. More

Let me just say that I was not at Bay Ridge Toyota to buy a vehicle, but while I was waiting for r giving me a great experience at Bay Ridge Toyota. Let me just say that I was not at Bay Ridge Toyota to buy a vehicle, but while I was waiting for repairs to be completed, I thought I would look around to pass some time. While I was just looking Lester Jones approached me and asked if I needed help. Now why did he do that, but needless to say I purchased a vehicle. I didn't think I would be able to qualify but with the assistance of Juan and the finance team I was given the help I needed to make my purchase and I got to drive away in a 2012 Camry. All I can say is thank you to Lester and Juan I am very glad that I took the time to look around, I have been telling everybody to go see Lester Jones cause he will make you believe that you can get the car of your dreams. Please be aware about Toyota warranties in general and Bayridge Toyota attitude and service in particular. My check engine light on my 2001 Toyota Camry turned on. It was very difficult to get a timely Bayridge Toyota attitude and service in particular. My check engine light on my 2001 Toyota Camry turned on. It was very difficult to get a timely appointment. When I finally did get an appointment I was hassled for 30-40 minutes signing paper after paper. They then tried forcing me to sign that I will pay a minimum of $200 just for looking at the check engine light if it is not a manufacturer defect. I felt that I was going to walk out with a bill no matter what. After dealing directly with the owner I can say that they are arrogant unfriendly and unhelpful. Dear fellow Toyota owner please take your business elsewhere. In this century customers should not have to deal with attitude. PS I took it to my local mechanic and in one second he pulled out some bird feathers from a sensor. The car is back to normal and I was not ripped off. More

Tom Scholander this gentleman exemplifies what service means .Mr Scholander was not only very courteous but was very professional and sat down with me to work on getting the best service for my vehicle,I know I made the right decision in purchasing my 2007 Highlander Hybrid and Iam always treated with courteous fast effective service when I have been to Bayridge Toyota .Having a vehicle that is in good condition and running correctly is a very serious matter ,I feel that Mr. Tom Scholander made this happen for me Iam extremely satisfied and again I thank Mr.Scholander for an exceptional service expierience he is a great asset to the BayridgeToyota Organization.
