Joel made an extra effort to speed up the service that was required to repair my Toyota Camry. I was stranded in the city during the holiday season & needed to get my car back in working order and get ba was required to repair my Toyota Camry. I was stranded in the city during the holiday season & needed to get my car back in working order and get back to CT ASAP. The weather was bitterly cold. He also handled the transactions required to insure that the work was covered under warranty, resulting in there being no charge to me. More

After stripping a bolt in trying to remove an idler pulley on my 01 Toyota Corolla, the dealership has said any damage done to the engine in trying to remove the bolt will be my responsibility.
