Re oil change Staff members seemed to be disappointed that I didn't have an appointment. When my service was completed the young man helping me didn't want to "cash me out". The payment process only took less than a minute. For a second there, I thought the oil change was going to be free. Overall, everyone at the service station seemed arrogant.
