Service Advisor Gregory Williams provoked a heated exchange with me by continuing to insist that my vehicle was serviced with 6 quarts of oil per Toyota specification - Owners Manual states oil capaci exchange with me by continuing to insist that my vehicle was serviced with 6 quarts of oil per Toyota specification - Owners Manual states oil capacity is 5 quarts. Hence, my concern with the engine being over service with oil. Situation was further aggravated by service technicians failure to clean oil spilled on engine and frame due to removal of old oil filter. I go to Toyota because I want quality work in a professional environment in which I am willing to pay extra, if required, to get. I am very disappointed/dissatisfied with the quality of service yesterday and the way the service advisor not only treated me but also his failure to try to get to the bottom of the 6 quart capacity dispute. More
