Had a 10am appointment and was told my service would take an hour to an hour and a half. 4 hours later I got my vehicle back. I have always found it to be very poor business practice to low ball wait times as it can highly inconvenience paying customers. Secondly I test drove a vehicle on the lot that I was interested in to pass the time and got a quote about my current vehicle as a trade in. I felt that I was being low balled on the managers offer and he had the audacity to get offended by me not liking his low offer. Based on the sales manager reaction and attitude towards my spouse and me, I would honestly never by a vehicle from this dealership. More
