Poor customer service. They said they already fix one of the issue in my car but never really did, car is still the same. They had me scheduled for the earliest appointmen They said they already fix one of the issue in my car but never really did, car is still the same. They had me scheduled for the earliest appointment so I can get my car the same day but it was already 7pm and no one was still calling or texting me, I ended up getting my car the next day and the best part is “no work was done to my car!” They said they cannot fix it because it’s not a factory defect which I really doubt! I’ll definitely not gonna buy another Toyota car! So disappointing! More
