Customer svc good, however, they consistently lie about follow-up/status callbacks. I am on my 3rd toyota that I've had serviced here, and every time, I have had to call about status, and each time without follow-up/status callbacks. I have a cellphone capable of showing missed calls, voice-mail alerts, etc. Not once have I had missed calls or anything, yet it is the company line. Shame on them More
