I took my Prius to Toyota of Fort Worth for a software update due to a recall. I then learned that the actuator & pump assembly brake booster needed to be replaced. I didn't want to have any repairs done at this location because of a bad experience in the past. At that time, my invoice was more than the estimate. It had "shop fees" and "misc. fees" added on. To me, that's dishonesty! I questioned their integrity and the quality of their work. So, we stopped going there for repairs. My service advisor, Terry Schneider, promised me that his estimate would be what I would pay. He worked with his manager, Eddie Serna, to provide me the lowest possible cost for the repair. When the work was done, I paid the estimated amount. When I got home, I discovered several black oil stains on the felt of my trunk. I called Terry and he asked me to bring my car back for cleaning. I brought my car back and showed Terry the stained areas. To make it right, Eddie would like to do more than just removing the oil stains. He offered to do a thorough cleaning inside and outside of my car. The fact that Terry and Eddie were straightforward on the cost, and went above and beyond to correct a mistake, they successfully won me over! Toyota needs more people like Terry Schneider and Eddie Serna. More

Went in for 10,000 mile check & was pleasantly surprised at the prompt, professional & friendly service. So much better than previous experience. Was in & out in 45 minutes including car wash. Worst experience ever. My car was absolutely fine, no issues at all. Took car in for a routine oil change. They said battery failed test and that I needed a new one. Got battery replaced, then my car wou issues at all. Took car in for a routine oil change. They said battery failed test and that I needed a new one. Got battery replaced, then my car wouldn't start without multiple tries. Took it back to the dealership. They said it might be corroded terminals and gave me a $100 estimate to replace, and I found out the 2 terminals are $10 each at auto zone. Waited over an hour with my toddler, only to be told the battery they gave me was bad and failed the test, and also that they and all surrounding Toyota dealerships were out of batteries for at least a week. I understand sometimes dealerships run out of parts, but my car was completely fine before I let them touch it. Now my car has trouble starting and I can't drive it anywhere without the risk of needing a stranger to help jump it. That's difficult for everyone, especially parents. Will never go back again. More

Most pleasant experience I have had with a dealership. John Le was professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and handled all my concerns. It was like dealing with a friend.
