I've been going to this dealership for several years since I purchased by car from them and have always been treated fairly. I took my car in for an oil change and a VIP car wash. After 2 hours, I wen since I purchased by car from them and have always been treated fairly. I took my car in for an oil change and a VIP car wash. After 2 hours, I went to check on the status and found out that the detail department was backed up, and it would be another hour before my car would be ready. I was told that they had been backed up all day. Had I known that when I got there, I wouldn't have requested the VIP wash and probably would have been out in less than an hour. As it was, I was there for almost 3 hours. I wish they had communicated to me the situation and had kept tabs on my car and could have let me know if I wanted to continue waiting or not. More
