I bought six new cars from Toyota of Fort Wort in past 14 years. For 11 years I never had any complaints about anything there. Everything starts changing in the past 3 years. Now I have 3 out of these 6 c years. For 11 years I never had any complaints about anything there. Everything starts changing in the past 3 years. Now I have 3 out of these 6 cars. My wife and my daughter do not have time during the day so I am the one who takes care of all 3 cars with their service. That put me in a position to be in the dealership almost every other month. The following examples are for the 3 cars that I maintain in Toyota of Fort Worth and happened in the past 3 years. There are many more situations where the service was not on the level it was before, but I do not have time to describe all of them. My daughter Highlander is the oldest car, 11 years. So far, only once my daughter took the car for service in Toyota of Fort Worth. My wife and I were at home at this time. My wife received an email confirming the crevice on the car. The signature on the document was not our daughter's signature. My wife called our daughter and asked her about the signature. She was not the one who signed the document. Signing a document for somebody else is a crime. My wife's car is 2 years old Highlander. I took the car to the dealership for regular maintenance and first state inspection. I pay for the service and left. The next day, I when to pay the registration fees and have the sticker for the State inspection and registration. What a surprise! The car was not in the system. I had to go back to the dealership and waste almost 2 hours to do the same I did the day before and service I paid 24 hours earlier. My car is Toyota CH-R, 3 years old. Today I came to the dealerships for routine maintenance. I was the first car in the service line at 6:22 am. At 7:01 the doors were open. For some reason, the cars behind me on the service line were served before me. Cars, that came minutes before opening hour. For the FIRST time I decided to speak with a supervisor. While explaining the situation to the supervisor, he decided to interrupt me with an explanation before I finish my sentence. I am giving 3 stars to Toyota of Fort Worth at this time only for their sales department, especially the head of their online sales department Megan. Five of these six car I bought from them, were sold to me by her. The online prices she gave me were all the time at least $1000 lower than any other offer. More

It has been terrific working with them. Before purchasing this car I had purchased a car and within the first month i hit a deer and totaled the car, went back to this dealership and they took ver purchasing this car I had purchased a car and within the first month i hit a deer and totaled the car, went back to this dealership and they took very good care off me. Also the safety of the car has definitely made me a lifetime Toyota purchaser. Even though the car was totaled I ended up with only a scratch on my knee. Thank you More
