The person, Austin Easterday, with whom I had a 9 am appointment was late, because he had to take his dog to a vet. Then when he said it would be about 5 more minutes, it was 20 or so minutes. I was hesitant to write this out because i doubt any good will come of it, but figured maybe my mistakes could save yall a nice stack of money from them. When i went here a week ago i wanted to trade in my truck. It was just over even of what i owed so i was supposed to be given at least 1.5k on top of my trade. The problem is that what they say is that they will add 3-5k on top of your trade to give you a good deal which is BS. Reason being is that they pro rate it off the MSRP of the vehicle which is garbage because the vehicles are USED. So they pretend to give you a good deal and then tell you its your fault for not knowing what they are setting you up for. After that i wanted to "exchange" or at least sell the vehicle back and not purchase anything else from them. The problem with their 72 hour limit is that i was given the run around for 48 hours. When i brought the vehicle back to exchange they told me that i would be given WAY LESS than what i paid for and they told me that was normal. Sleezebags... Anyways I had to randomly email upper management and they told me that it was incorrect and i should have been given the full value back for the trade in, but i HAD To get something else there or it wouldnt happen. They literally had garbage inventory and told me to take a pick of the litter out of a bunch of extremely old and used vehicles that i would lose 5k right off the top because of their prices they gouge you for. SUCH GREAT GUYS. Also side note. They pretend that "Refurbishment Costs" are part of the loan because they invest a good amount of money into the vehicle before you get it. LIES AND BS. My vehicle had scratches and cosmetic issues all throughout and they pretend that it went towards the vehicle. THEY DIDNT EVEN CHANGE THE OIL. Anyways aside from all of that they told me it was the best they could do and I was a moron for agreeing to the terms instead of just selling my vehicle and getting out ASAP. Moral of the story. The experience you get depends on who is on shift for the day. Extremely doubtful i will return. Thanks for letting me know that the customer is just used and abused here without any remorse. I only had one problem with service. They didn’t remove a warning that kept popping up in my vehicle every time I started the car. I had to send it back into service and wait again. When I picked up my car. It was not washed as all the others ones were. My glove box was open and no work done in that area , and the passenger seat was laid all the way down ( not how it was taken in). others ones were.
