I had my car serviced over the weekend and when making the appointment I was told I was the last appointment of the day. I asked the person I dropped my car off with if I could please have a car wash (sin the appointment I was told I was the last appointment of the day. I asked the person I dropped my car off with if I could please have a car wash (since the last time it was serviced, they didn’t wash it). When my car was ready they called me instead of coming to advise me it was ready (first time that has happened which I thought was a little unprofessional). Then, when I pick up my car, it wasn’t washed. I kindly asked them to please wash it and I was advised to wait. They sent a young kid to wash it.. well when he returned the car to me, it was soaking wet. It would’ve only been an extra 5 minutes or so to just have my car dried.. and then, he parked the car, got out, and left my door open. Didn’t say a word like have a nice day, nothing. I thought it was highly unprofessional and had a horrible experience. I was very disappointed with Toyota’s lack of customer service. Hire people that enjoy their job and not ones that will do their job half right just because they’re about to leave. More

Customer service is lacking and when the assigned person to your care service isn’t available no one knows anything. The first communication I received was that my service person was going out for lunch. I to your care service isn’t available no one knows anything. The first communication I received was that my service person was going out for lunch. I had to call to find out if my truck was ready. It was 30 mins to close and I had not heard anything. When I arrived I had questions but Mr Robles was around so another person took my paperwork to check me out. I had questions about the services done and when the I could schedule the recall to be completed due to parts being ordered, and all the person could say is all I know is the amount you owe and you can read the paperwork and call back. The radio console touch screen stopped working and the unit needed to be replaced. Unit was ordered and was advised to expect 5-7 days for the replacement to be received.
