Drove off disgusted. Bought 3 of 5 Toyotas here. Had cars serviced here. I made appt with Ricco and got Bryon. Apparently he has not been trained worth a darn. I asked for certain things to be checked besides oil change and tire rotate. As paying he tells me Cabin air filter dirty. So why didn't he come to me in waiting room and tell me that and that Engine Air filter dirty. Coolant, brake and power steering fluid levels need attention soon. Never had that happen. Never told to make another appt to fill fluids up. And I asked him to have battery checked but he noted on report something wrong with terminals. He should have come to me while I was there and had all this taken cared of so I would not have to come back. Remarked car clean. No it was not . The side of it was but when I got home and looked at hood, top of trunk and roof all looked like someone rinsed with dirt splatters. I am selling this car and I wanted to give new owner a car in good condition. Now I have to go wash it, and tell them all the things that need immediate attention because your service rep did not come to me and tell me what all needed to be done. I sat and watched another Toyota rep come to another old woman like myself and tell her how bad her tires were and trying to get her to buy new ones for her own safety. I could not understand her refusing. But I was given no choice on having things corrected on my car. This is why I have always asked for a certain service rep because when someone other than Ricco handles car things do not come out well. I just bought a new Avalon at another dealership as you had nothing to chose from and your salesman did not want me to order what I wanted as he felt there was going to be a "shutdown" and I would not get a new car for 5 or 6 months per him in October. After today's service I would be hesitant to have the new car serviced here. I have driven out of my way to have my cars I bought here serviced here. Really disappointed today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
