This dealership is a rip-off first of all they took my original battery that came with my car they stated that after 10.000 mileage the original battery was in state of health i guess they saying it's not original battery that came with my car they stated that after 10.000 mileage the original battery was in state of health i guess they saying it's not good. Then 3 years later the battery they install now just completed is dead. So i go back to dealership to see if I can get a new battery they say Ihave to pay for it . So now I am out 76.70 . I guess now every 3 years i need to buy a battery if they only left me the original battery that i no was nothing wrong with it, they just looking ways to sell stuff not necessary. More

Have always used the dealer for all maintenance and never had a problem, however this time I was very disappointed and will probably not return for future maintenance. I made appointment, which was a joke. had a problem, however this time I was very disappointed and will probably not return for future maintenance. I made appointment, which was a joke. I was there for inspection, oil change and check tire sensor and replace batteries in key fob. I was not informed that there was a problem with tire sensor until I ask when the car was ready 2 1/2 hours later and I noticed the light was still on plus I had to wait for key fob batteries to be replaced because he didn’t remember if I wanted them to be replaced . Now I will have to take the car somewhere else to check to see if I was told the truth about the tire sensors, when they could have taken care of them while I was there. More
