My car hit a pot hole and damaged the front passenger bearing. The Toyota Fort Worth dealer couldn’t get the part in for a few days and put me in a comparable rental car for free since my car was not sa bearing. I was treated with respect and appreciated the convenience of a rental car. The service advisor Juan Gonzalez kept me up to date on the progress of the repair. Of course the dealer fixing the car was a bit pricey but I want Toyota parts installed. More

I made an appointment and it was 20 min before someone even came over, and the appointment took 2 hours for regular maintenance. They only rotated tires! Why even make an appointment. The lady helping was rude and said that is not something she has seen and I should bring it back when it happens because there is really nothing that can be done if the light is not on now. After going back and forth for a bit I said forget it. Just horrible service. More
