Went in wanting to buy a car no haggle. Knew what I wanted. I asked for my truck to be appraised and they asked me what I wanted for my truck. Came back and John Ippolito the sales person simply said no we cant buy for that price. I was 1k over their Edmunds offer from their website. I was like ok what was their counteroffer? John directed me to his manager who’s tactic was to not even offer me a price. Saying how he didn’t want to be stuck with a 2020 F150 Lariat??? Completely confused that he was still not trying to counter offer my price. I was willing to drop 4k in my asking price but he refused to make a counter offer??? He was condescending and seemed like he was being picky on who he wanted to sell “his” car to? Hopefully it wasn’t because i was an Asian in Fox Lake Illinois. Walked out completely confused. Will never do business with that dealer. More

Untrustworthy and they will not honor their own e-price after stepping into showroom. I contacted the dealership for buying New Corolla and the internet team sent me a quote for eprice. There were one more after stepping into showroom. I contacted the dealership for buying New Corolla and the internet team sent me a quote for eprice. There were one more model and they given the quote for that. When i contacted them back that I will be coming on this weekend and to check the status of the car whether it is available or not. After checking they confirmed that the car is not available and it is sold out. They said we are taking bookings and if you pay 500$ you can book the car with the same price if the trims are same. I came to the showroom today and when I met the agent John, he said this price is expired and we cannot honor it anymore. It was on the start of the week and I came in the weekend and we have been discussing over email but John didnt agree to it. As usual, he started his drama by going to the front desk and speaking to them without attending us. I asked him to speak to the internet team who gave me the quote and he said he cant reach out to them. If you want, you need to call them and its not my responsibility, This is the answer i got from him. Internet team was saying to speak to Rick and he is the GM but when i asked John, he said there is no one like that. Infact none of the manager showed up for courtesy also. I drove 75 miles one way from Naperville to this crappy showroom and to deal with this unprofessionals. Try to honor the quote what you are giving and dont waste other`s time. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Horrible we drove an 1 hr and half. We were quoted one price and told there was a transit $2495 fee because we did not have a trade In. No where on the website does that say that.
