Is there no Customer Service in the World today? Certainly not at Fox Lake Toyota. I have never had a more horrible experience buying a car. I will say the car is not them problem it was just the complete lack of care and concern from the Salesman to the Sales Mgr. I really wish we could go back to a time when Customer Service really meant something. I would gladly pay a little more for extraordinary service. I will not recommend Fox Lake Toyota to anyone. More
