I got the best sales person there and his name is Anthony O. He was kind, helpful, courteous and answered all my questions. He also was very patient and added my phone n my wife’s phone to the suv. My wife said it was the first dealership that offered a fair price on our trade in. We met the sales manager and he was very pleasant. They both were appreciative to hv our business and knew our names when we came the second time. We highly recommend Toyota Fox Lake because they had the suv we wanted and they give excellent service with a smile! They even likes our dog. PS: I should mention these men were young and we are in our eighties so they had to explain things more than once -all with a smile
