We especially appreciate the time that Kyle took to help set up the phones in our new vehicle and for Jeff explaining everything during the sale closure and financing with TFS. Evelyn was also great to hold a specific trim and color of vehicle for us that our local dealer was not able to get allocated. Toyota of Fox Lake is about a 2 hour drive from where I live, but I will definitely look at them in the future when buying a new car. More

If I was able to give this dealership a 0 star that would be generous. My husband and I were looking for a Prius and noticed they had two available on their website. We live over an hour away and called to ask if they still had the vehicle available and if we could make a deposit over the phone. The employee “Joan” told us the MSRP price. Since dealerships have been doing unnecessary mark ups we asked over the phone if they were also doing that so we could save ourselves over 2 hours of driving since we would not pay over MSRP. She said “unfortunately they do not tell us that information and you have to speak with the finance department”. We tried to speak with them over the phone so that we don’t waste our time but they could not help us. When we walked in the salesman again printed off the specs of the vehicle with MSRP pricing. We told them we were interested in purchasing the vehicle and he went to speak with the finance department only to come out with a sheet saying they were asking for $5k over MSRP. This was a complete waste of time. It would be appreciated if you are going to try to take advantage of people during these hard times you could at least be up front about it and not waste everyone’s time. She listened to me and wanted to genuinely help me get my new car! She followed up with me multiple times before giving me to the best salesman John Paladino. John was amazing and treated me like family. He was honest and real, but he was caring. He stayed in contact with us weekly, so we knew what was occurring with the vehicle and when to expect it. John made the process fast and easy, so we wouldn't need to spend countless hours at the dealership. Overall, I couldn't be any happier with my experience at Fox Lake. I got my awesome "mom car" AND with incredible service. Highly recommend. More
