John was amazing and treated me like family. He was honest and real, but he was caring. He stayed in contact with us weekly, so we knew what was occurring with the vehicle and when to expect it. John made the process fast and easy, so we wouldn't need to spend countless hours at the dealership. Overall, I couldn't be any happier with my experience at Fox Lake. Asked them 1 Million times if there was going to be any additional fees or mandatory paint protection packages BEFORE WALKING IN THE $200 under msrp.
