We wanted a Toyota Sienna XSE which was really hard to find. I had already made a pre-order with another dealership at a slight mark-up but Toyota of Glendora called me when they had one allocated and off find. Chris was very transparent and very easy to deal with. We were able to handle the pre-order through text and email so my time was not wasted having to come into the dealership. Chris kept me up to speed on the delivery status and when the vehicle arrived, he prepared the paperwork ahead of time so I was in and out of the dealership quickly with my new vehicle.
