First, I want to say that any business who answers theirs phones without identifying themselves is shady. What are you hiding; hence, the one-star. They are hiding everything and being rude about it. Mike phones without identifying themselves is shady. What are you hiding; hence, the one-star. They are hiding everything and being rude about it. Mike in the service department felt he needed to hang up on me during our conversation and after my car had been serviced and the key was nowhere to be found. Ann, the receptionist, who also didn't identify herself until asked, promptly said the issue was not hers transferred me to Mike. All in all, I just think businesses take advantage of people as though they are in the service industry. Try finding another job in another field if you don't think catering to your customers is part of your job. Shame on you Toyota of Glendora for having terrible, shameful workers who treat your paying customers as if they didn't need them. YOU DO. Without these paying customers, you would not have a job. More

Even though buying a vehicle in general is a long and arduous task, Cisco in finance was very knowledgeable and thorough through this whole process. Jeff was and is the inventory manager, and did the lio arduous task, Cisco in finance was very knowledgeable and thorough through this whole process. Jeff was and is the inventory manager, and did the lion share of selling this vehicle to us. He was very willing to help in anyway he could to get this Vehicle. The vehicle actually sells itself but we had some extra work that had to be done before we would consider making this big step in a purchase of a beautiful vehicle that we did bye.
