On Saturday April 26 we had an appointment for service on my Sienna at 9:15am and the service wasn’t even started till after 1pm. Then the passenger seat was all the way flat as if someone was just laying th my Sienna at 9:15am and the service wasn’t even started till after 1pm. Then the passenger seat was all the way flat as if someone was just laying there and oil stains on the door panels. Really disappointed in the service the last 2 times we’ve been there, really considering going elsewhere for service. You guys need to stop over booking. More

We’ll never be back because of Blanca. I made an appointment for just an oil change and when my son got there she TOLD my son he NEEDED a tire rotation even though we recently had it done I made an appointment for just an oil change and when my son got there she TOLD my son he NEEDED a tire rotation even though we recently had it done elsewhere. She wrote him up for it and had him sign. When I got there to pick him up I saw what she wrote on there and went to talk to her. She was rude and I ended up talking with the assistant manager who changed it to just the oil change as I had requested when I made the appointment. I as I driving home with my son he said he felt like he was tricked into signing that paperwork because of BLANCA. Needless to say we will never go back there again for service or to purchase a car. More
