Great services Salesman (Dylan) went out of his way to provide service before, during and after the sale. Professional treatment by most all. Only disappointment was someone in service got lazy. Service was suppose to check a low tire. He said it was because no cap on tire. Really!? None of tires had caps. All he did was overload all the tires to over 44lbs with air and one beyond 65 lbs. Ended up putting tires to 33lbs myself after finalizing purchase. Salesman service was excellent but those who should have been assisting him were a bit lazy. More

This speaks volumes hope to continue doing business with Ian. Second I’d like to thank Mr. Page Inge we completed the paperwork quickly and explained everything thoroughly. Again to Mr.Inge after completing the paperwork my Credit Union I had lined up to finance throughly was taking forever. After getting irritated with my Credit Union Mr.Inge was able to get me financed within 20 minutes and redid my paperwork for the second time and got me on my way with more coverage, lower interest, and a better payment! At the end of the day Thank You Rice Toyota, Mr. Gray and Mr. Inge you helped this stressful time role smoothly I will be recommending Rice Toyota to my friends, family and peers. My 1st purchase was a 2017 Camry that I kept for 9 months and saw the 2018 Camry's and I had to have it. So I traded my 17 for the Silver SE 18 and added the heated seats.
