Great salesman, veh I wanted, long wait Can’t say enough about my salesman Kelvin Alexander, He listened to what I was saying, found me what I wanted and we moved through the process quickly Can’t say enough about my salesman Kelvin Alexander, He listened to what I was saying, found me what I wanted and we moved through the process quickly with Kelvin making sure I was happy. There was a wait to see the finance guy,, and Kelvin kept me company.( I wanted him to go get some lunch but he refused. ) Not sure what caused the wait, but Kelvin and other staffers checked on me and others waiting, regularly offering snacks and drinks. The dealership appeared very customer oriented. My only quibble is there not being a better system for getting customers through all the necessary steps in a more timely manner. More
