I received emails and phone calls from the Toyota dealerships my request went out to but Lindsay, from Rice Toyota, was the one I wanted to deal with. I really liked her personality and dedication to her job to help get the vehicle my wife and I wanted with all of the options and price I wanted to pay. The vehicle I built and sent her had the wrong DVD option I was expecting and this was an error on my part. My wife and I was expecting the DVD players on the headrest of the seats but when we went to look at the vehicle, it had the 10' DVD player installed in the middle of the top. My wife was worried about it blocking her view from the rear view mirror when the DVD screen was pulled down. Lindsay and Frank was kind enough to put the vehicle back on the lot for sale and locate us another one with the exact color, options, etc. and have the headrest DVD players installed. This to me is very good customer service, making sure that they get us into a vehicle we really want. Also, they made the paperwork so easy that it only took my wife and I about 30 minutes total to sign everything and walk out the door. They really did make this vehicle purchase easy, convenient, and enjoyable for us. I highly recommend purchasing a Toyota from Rice Toyota. More

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. This was mainly due to my experience with my sales person, Lou Gonzales. When several other Toyota dealerships told me they couldn't find the car I was looking for, Lou went out and got the exact model car I was looking for with all the accessories I was looking for. He found my car in South Florida, had it shipped up to Rice Toyota and then after the extra cost for the shipping, he and Rice Toyota were still 700$ cheaper than any of the other Toyota dealerships I had contacted in the Tri-state area. They had the vehicle within a week I drove up to the dealership, car was in perfect shape just like I had envisioned it and the paperwork was done and I was out the door in about 45 minutes. The entire experience at Rice Toyota was great! I also had a weird title issue since I wanted to title the vehicle out of state since I am in the military and they took care of all that, talking to the DMV from another state and doing all the necessary paperwork for me. Talk about hassle-free! I would recommend Rice Toyota to anyone, and more specifically you want to do business with Lou Gonzales. The guy is forthright about what he can do for you and doesn't give you the sleezy feeling that so many car salesmen give you. Figure out what you want and ask Lou to go get it! My review begins with the reason why I was looking to purchase a new car: A gift for my daughter who is graduating from Duke in May of 2010. I began the process by using a new too called TrueCar, l that I had read about on-line. I had narrowed my search of acceptable vehicles to the Hyundai Accent and the Toyota Yaris. Using the TrueCar app I was easily able to not only find the lowest prices for each vehicle, but to also compare the vehicles features line by line. I then contacted each dealer using my price protection certificate and confirmed additional costs(e.g. tax, license, dealer docs) and the availability of the cars that I was considering. With this data in hand, the only missing variable was my daughter's preference. She was able to test drive both vehicles and decided that she liked the Toyota Yaris the most. I then contacted Frank and Lindsay in the internet sales office and we began the process of closing the deal. Within 24 hours, they identified a vehicle that met all the specs, gave me a list of items needed for the purchase and we set up a time convenient for my daughter to come and make the sale. At every step of the process we were treated with the utmost respect and provided all information requested in a prompt manner. When the sale day came, Frank went through the purchasing process line by line with my daughter and made this first new car experience one that she will always remember.
