She did all of the footwork for me..all I had to do was come in and sign and pick up the car! It couldn't have been easier. I absolutely love it! There is no doubt in my mind that this car will give me the performance & durability as my other Camry did. I can't imagine owning any other and Rice Toyota is most definitely the place to buy one. I started looking for a new vehicle about a month ago. I knew I wanted a Toyota Sienna (I had a 2004 and loved it, but I had 132,000 miles on it). We went back and forth on the package I wanted and she gave me an excellent price. I drove up to Greensboro, talked to Frank and said we'd take the deal. We had our Sienna within a week. I couldn't believe how easy it was. I told my wife I spent more time buying my large screen TV than I did the van! Best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. When my wife and I arrived Frank had everything ready, answered all our questions and made the experience very satisfying. Susan took care of all the paperwork in a matter of minutes. Graham Pickford was excellent to work with. He was honest and tried to answer all questions that I had. I would be happy to work with him again. There are no bargain prices on Prius models but Rice did matc and tried to answer all questions that I had. I would be happy to work with him again. The only negative experience was the sales manager on the day I bought did not want to match the low price, which an earlier sales manager had agreed to do. they actually found and delivered the car 2 weeks earlier than promised! From beginning my research to the delivery of my new Rav4, Rice Toyota is hands down the best there is! I first contacted them through the internet & received immediate reponses from both David and Luis Rav4, Rice Toyota is hands down the best there is! They were NEVER pushy and I'd even told them I was looking at other models as well. I was adament about needing more room and David understood that too. He searched until he found what I wanted & was honest with me about when/if he could get it in. Luis got the price quote for me and between the 3 of us... I realized I had my details wrong! They weren't looking for a Rav4 with the 3rd row seat & it was MY fault, but they never waivered. Luis went back to the numbers & David went back on the hunt! Long story short; in less than 1.5 weeks, I had the SUV I wanted with the 3rd row seating at a GREAT price with most of the work done before I even set foot in the dealership! I'd recommend these guys to everyone (or anyone that stops to listen)! More

The experience that I had with Rice Toyota was so depressing. All of the time that I invested and they couldn't even provide the correct paperwork for us to purchase the right vehicle in a no-trade, depressing. Lindsay Graham was an excellent customer liaison but lacked the attention to detail to close the deal. Told me that they would accept a personal check and then after the check was mailed told me that they could not accept a check. Sent out paperwork with the wrong VIN # and the wrong color of car. Not a small mistake by any means. When I told them of the errors that they had committed - I never received any type of follow-up contact. RG Gunderson was pleasantly persistent in offering his help to make our desire to buy a 2010 RAV4 a reality. Even though I had committed to buy a car from Rice Toyota - RG vowed to match their price and offer a Lifetime Warranty. I kept RG on the back burner until Rice completely fouled up the entire deal that was agreed upon by both parties. I quickly contacted RG and the ball was rolling. Exactly one week later I was driving the new car home from Matthews, NC. RG was always a gentlemen and treated me like an intelligent customer. His friendliness plus integrity was a breath of fresh air. I will recommend RG to anyone that I know that may be in market for a new car of any make but will definitely recommend him to someone that is looking for the best deal in a Toyota. More
