Best auto buying experience ever, no hassles, no difficulties. We knew exactly the model, color, and options we wanted, so I used the American Express Car Buying web site to get quotes. Rice was significantly lower than several other dealers, so I phoned Mr. Gonzales immediately. Rice did not have the actual vehicle but Mr. Gonzales quickly located one due to be delivered elsewhere from Toyota. We made a deposit over the phone and Mr. Gonzales quickly secured the vehicle for delivery to Rice. We also made our loan application at the same time (Rice's lender gave us a slightly better rate than we had been quoted elsewhere). Everything was handled in a matter of minutes from the comfort of our home, quite convenient since we live an hour away from Rice. Two weeks later Mr. Gonzales phoned to report that the vehicle had arrived, exactly on schedule. At the dealership, it was similarly a very short visit to finalize the purchase and drive away. Although Mr. Gonzales was out of town, he had left all the information and paperwork with Mr. Parker (Sales) and Ms. Scroggins (Finance), so there was absolutely no delay in finishing the sale. Finally, while we were awaiting delivery, I had a question which I emailed to Mr. Gonzales. He replied, within an hour, with a helpful answer. All in all we have been most impressed with the responsiveness of all concerned at the dealer. More

I was pretty leary about going to Rica Toyota as I have been there twice in past years and didn't have a good experiance. They didn't hae the color that I wanted but they found one in another state and had it brought in. I bought it but a few days after driving it I descovered it wasn't the car for me. I came back to Rice Toyota and asked if I could trade it in. They said absolutley and asked what the problem was with the scion. It wasn't comfortable for my back. They told me to pick another car, which I did. A Camery. Now all I needed to do was pick a color. Very painless trade -in!! I have bought cars before and the salesman are all nice and sweat. Then after you have signed and there is a problem with the car it's like they don't know who you are or they don't want anything to do with you. They don't need to be sweat anymore because you already bought a car from them. Well it was totally differant at Rice Toyota. It was like one big happy family; before I bought the car and after i bought the car. When I called with a problem, they even called Lou at home after hours and he called me back. He took us out to the car and explained the basics of the car to my wife and I very thoroughly. Everything went smoothly from start to finish so we have very happy with the experience. The car was exactly what we ordered and so far we absolutely love it. Since delivery Luis has answered a couple of questions by e-mail being very quick to respond which we both appreciate. The car was expected at the dealer in less than a week and with a slight delay in delivery the car was ready for pick-up. The car was ready upon arrival and Mr Gonzalez greeted us at the door. He had all the keys,etc ready and very quickly we were at the car where he went over the features of the vehicle. He introduced me to the financial offerer who was extremely peasant and efficient. The process was so smooth and Lindsay was always full of excitement and energy that made the experience enjoyable. She seems to work non-stop and questions I posted were answered within a day and sometimes within a few minutes of sending! Unfortunately on the day I arrived to pick up the vehicle and complete the sale Lindsay was out sick so I worked with her backup Frank Anderson. But he was also really great to work with and made sure I was in/out quickly and that I was happy with the process. Overall this experience was great and I would recommend Rice Toyota 100% to anyone interested in buying a new Toyota vehicle.
