It’s the people in the dealership, including the progressively-minded Mr. and Mrs. Rice, who have streamlined and upgraded all of the services without forgetting that some of us past a certain age need a few more pointers on all of the new processes and gizmos. The salespeople, including Zack, who sold me my last Prius, and Jordan Neal, who sold me today’s Corolla, who make all the difference. Knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly! Alex Meisel, the finance manager, deserves an award just for his sense of humour and positive attitude. I was in house about three hours, perhaps a bit more, and the time just flew. One lovely young lady stopped by to ask if I needed anything while Jordan was chasing down an item I had left in the car, and supplied me a pen with which to write upon my request. Everyone in the sales room is very engaging and friendly. It’s these people who make life bearable for old curmudgeons like me. I just love Rice Toyota! More
