Nothing so great. I feel customer service can be improved greatly. Wait time is ok. Earlier I have utilized shuttle service but this time they have turned down, not sure if it was because of Pandemic. But ov greatly. Wait time is ok. Service was good, my only problem is Hackensack will not give me a loner car while they are fixing a Malfunction on the my 2019 Avalon, they say to leave the car in the morning and pick it up at night. Not happy that the price I was quoted for was not the price Toyota wanted to charge me. Toyota needs to be clear about additional charges, such as environmental recycling fees(which is nonsense for rotor price Toyota wanted to charge me. Toyota needs to be clear about additional charges, such as environmental recycling fees(which is nonsense for rotors as I know Toyota can get $ (scrap metal) for these. I have had rotors done at other facilities and never been charged for this. Again if you are going to charge for something it needs to be said up front. This is how you conduct honest business as opposed to attempting to add on extra fees when a consumer is paying the bill. I have had one other similar incident where I had a $60 credit which Toyota only wanted to recognition $20 and put the other $40 towards future repairs. If this type of business continues I will seek out another place to conduct my business. More
The service rep Tyrone Munoz handled my car service was very knowledgeable. I had to leave the car for service and was offered a ride if I needed it Tyrone explained everything that was to be done to ca very knowledgeable. Applied the coupon I received for the oil change and asked if I wanted the car washed after the service. Gave me an estimate on the cost of services and the approximate time it would be done. He called me when the car was ready to be picked up. Arrived at the service department and was immediately taken care of. The car was brought out to me nice and clean! Thank you. More

When I got it back there was something hanging when I opened the door from the driver side. I don’t know what happened but the small speaker from the door was hanging. I called to report the problem and I will bring my car on Monday to have it fixed. I hope they don’t charge me. More
