Charged for a tire rotation and then after a 2 1/2 hour wait they didn’t do it. (I marked my tires and they viewed the camera and admitted it wasn’t done. Changed my engine air filter. I got a guy to show me that and while the filter was new, they couldn’t even wipe the sand out of the box it sits in. Didn’t add water for my windshield wipers. They did move a gallon of unopened bleach on my front passenger floorboard, so I assume they checked my cabin filter. Only thing is then they then left the gallon of bleach lying sideways on the passenger seat. Thank God it didn’t leak!!I just hope they really changed my oil and filter. Leaves me to believe the shop management is clueless. More
