Yesterday I went to Gosch Toyota Hemet and today I purchased my first new vehicle. A 2022 Prius Prime. I was sold on the car after the test drive and enjoyed my purchase from beginning to end. Ricardo purchased my first new vehicle. A 2022 Prius Prime. I was sold on the car after the test drive and enjoyed my purchase from beginning to end. Ricardo was both a pleasure to be around and well informed on the vehicle. Having done 0 research on the car. I had questions and he had the answers. He sold the value of owning a Toyota. This is my first new car and he took all doubt away about this being a wise choice. The team in the show room when it came time for numbers made it a smooth letting me know the possibilities and reality of the purchase. At no point did I feel pressured but rather informed of how to get it done. From term to Gap and extended warranty I’m with Toyota. No aftermarket warranties that are a nightmare to navigate. Chad worked for two days to make sure I could get to where I needed to be monthly. He got it done and I greatly appreciate it. Ashley made doing the paperwork simple. Fully explained payment and even added the tire protection which made sense with my commute. Reagan has a top shelf team at Gosch and when I’m asked where to go and who to see that’ll be an easy answer. Cheers and thank you for making a big decision an easy choice. More
