Amazing dealership! I was in the market for a Prius and I went down to Mossy Toyota in PB first and had a horrible experience. Not personal, not friendly, just going in circles. It was horrible! Then I came up here to Gosch Toyota in Hemet and worked with Zach and his managers and service was awesome! I was straight forward with them and they were straight forward with me, no wasting of time or playing games. They were patient with me mind you it was 930pm. And with ease we came to an agreement. Being that it was pretty late I came back the next day and the car was ready and pulled up and easy process. He also interacted with my wife and 9mo old and made sure they didn’t feel left out.
