Great service I can't tell you how impressed I was with Bryan Howard in the Toyota Service Department. I had been to two tire companies and both told me I needed n I can't tell you how impressed I was with Bryan Howard in the Toyota Service Department. I had been to two tire companies and both told me I needed not only tires, but struts all around. One told me front struts were leaking, other said back struts were leaking. I have 80,000 miles on my car. One business told me struts are only expected to last 60,000 miles so I was lucky mine lasted so long. Bryan checked my struts in the driveway and had me look at each one with him and told me to remember what I saw. There was no evidence of leakage. He then took me into the office and showed me 5 pictures of struts with successive varying degrees of leakage. He felt I was at picture one. But to give the other businesses the benefit of doubt, I could possibly be at picture two. He told me Toyota doesn't recommend new struts until picture number five, and usually that doesn't happen until at least 100,000 miles. He also gave me a mini lesson on tires. Bryan was wonderful. He was friendly, understanding, supportive, knowledgeable and most importantly I felt I was delt with honestly. There many people that say dealership service departments are unscrupulous and they often tell customers they need things that they really don't need and rip them off. I found the complete opposite to be the case. It would have been very easy for Bryan to tell me I needed new struts, after all he knew two tire companies had already told me that. But, instead he told me I didn't need struts and saved me a ton of money. To add icing to the cake, while he was waiting for my tires to be delivered the power went out and that basically shut the service department down so they couldn't put my tires on until the next day. Wonder of wonders Toyota started a tire sale the next day, buy three and get the fourth for a dollar--Bryan could have charged the price from the day before, but he gave me the current days price--- yeah for me. Just another example of ethics. I was very impressed with Bryan and my whole experience at the Hemet Toyota Service Department and have already told my best friend (who has a Toyota) and two other people my story. And, most importantly I've told my best friend she needs to quit driving to Redlands for her service and switch to Hemet and to be sure and ask for Bryan. Well, it was time to turn it in and after going over our options, we decided on leasing a 2014 Camry SE. WOW, what a car. I was so impressed I decided to purchase one for myself (trading in a 2010 Charger). They were easy to work with and made a fair offer on the Charger even though I was somewhat upside down. Overall, I would highly recommend them as overall, there main priority is making the customer happy by putting them in a brand new car with a deal that is fair for both sides (realistically, they need to make some money too.) We conducted alot of on-line research before we purchased our Highlander. Manny came on on top, therefore earned our business. This meant so much to us because we had gathered most of the information (including Pricing) about the vehicle before we went in. This definately saved time on the day. Manny has a very nice demeanor, he was very informative, yet not too pushy. We could tell that he enjoys his job. He crunched the numbers for us that very very close to what we asked for. The prices in Gosch Toyota are competitive, this is a hugh factor nowadays because families have many bills to foot and limited budgets. We would not hesitate to recommend Manny to anyone. Jessica is an electronic genious - this was awesome for us "electronically challenged" folks. James was very thorough with the Finance Paperwork and got us through quickly. Gosch Toyota dealership in Hemet CA is completely dishonest. They would not honor the price for car that they advertised on multiple websites. They falsely advertise, denying the advertisement was theirs and said the listing was for another car even though the VIN # on all of the advertisements match the actual car at the dealership and on the main website of the dealership. They use a tactic of listing cars for different prices on a variety of websites to try and entice customers. Once you show up in person they refuse to stand by the listed pricing. They treat customers as if they are doing you a favor by selling you a car. The entire staff is completely unprofessional using vulgar language when you don’t agree to their shenanigans. More
