I was a bit skeptical going in, as I was looking for a deal on a used Acura, but I was assured by Richard he could help me. We came to the dealership without an appointment shortly before closing time, even though it was late, Matthew suggested we go for a test drive. We liked the car and Matthew helped us to negotiate a fair o before closing time, even though it was late, Matthew suggested we go for a test drive. The next day when we came to pick up the car there were some problems with the title, so at a personal cost to himself he made sure that we had the paperwork on time so that we could keep our schedule.
